If you have ANY percentage of 'Black" ancestory...your technically "black"
Even the "black" gene can reappear generations in the future...say one couple in the past had a kid and the father was black...even 100 years later if the blood line was only "white"...the genetics are still there and a "black" child could pop up...blood ID matching the parents...but black skin.
